Unmatched Craftmanship

Marvin Ultimate windows are available in a range of wood species and a variety of stains and paint options. Ultimate windows come either with an aluminum exterior and wooden interior, or wooden interior and exterior, with 20 exterior finishes and 6 interior finishes to choose from. Each individual piece of wood is sanded, conditioned, stained and oven-cured, providing a rich interior finish.

Innovative Hardware

In addition to the endless design options, Marvin Ultimate windows feature innovative hardware to make your windows more secure and easy to use. For example, Marvin’s Lift Lock hardware allows for easy access to open and lock a window while the Lock Status Sensor is a home automation solution that indicates if a window or door is closed and locked, or if it’s unlocked.

Finding the Perfect Match

When renovating historic homes, preserving character is important. The Hadley House in Wenham, MA, is a perfect example of this. The mid-19th century home, built in the Second Empire style, had unique window sizes. The owner of the property was able to order custom 7-foot double-hung windows to match the size of the original windows. This upgrade allowed the home to benefit from the energy efficiency and luxury of new windows while continuing to look like a house from the 1800s. The third floor of the home has two bedrooms with window seats that were created using Marvin Ultimate Casement windows with simulated check rails for another nod to the house’s history.

With Marvin Ultimate windows, the possibilities are endless. Stop by a Kelly-Fradet showroom to see for yourself!
