Therma-Tru provides 20-minute fire-rated doors in Classic-Craft, Fiber-Classic, and Smooth-Star styles.

These fire doors meet most national and local code requirements for house-to-garage entrances and multi-family living.* They are tested to withstand more than 1,400° Fahrenheit for at least 20 minutes.

90-Minute Steel Fire-Rated Doors

Therma-Tru’s TR 12-24 Steel Edge doors and door systems provide outstanding protection. Constructed with 24-gauge steel edges and tested to withstand at least 90 minutes of fire exposure at temperatures that reach more than 1,7000 degrees Fahrenheit, the doors are perfect for multi-family living and house-to-garage projects. Available in a variety of door styles, sizes and lock preparations, the units are suitable for a minimum 4″ wall depth or greater. Therma-Tru also offers all the necessary components — frame, weather-strip, bottom sweep and sill — to complete a 90-Minute Fire-rated door system.
